All players must have a stick, helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, mouthpiece, protective cup, and cleats (football or soccer). Each player is responsible for providing his/her own equipment. Trident Lacrosse will have equipment packages available at a discounted price.
 

Teams are divided by age as follows
U9 Boys	open to boys ages 7-8 as of 12/31/08
U11 Boys	open to boys ages 9-10 as of 12/31/08
U13 Boys	open to boys ages 11-12 as of 12/31/08
U15 Boys	open to boys ages 13-14 as of 12/31/08
Girls	depends on numbers and ages
